Our HP-Indigo digital printing press can print at 230 line screen, whereas most flexographic presses print at 133 or 150 line screen. Many flexographic printing presses can take several hours to set up for a four color process job, whereas our press is ready to go almost immediately. We print your color labels fast, we print them in high quality color. Because we are all digital, there are no expensive printing plates or other printer setup charges. There are also no additional costs for multiple colors - you can print as many colors as you like for the same price.

If your labels are color-critical or you"d like to see the "real thing" before committing to a production run, we offer free press proofs of your color labels before starting production. You can even peel the backing paper away from your color labels and apply them to your products for a final "look and feel" check. Unlike traditional "flexo" printing, we can do this because there are no plates and setup involved - we simply submit your artwork files to the press and the rest is "magic". You can also proof your color labels as electronic PDFs, which is typically faster.
