Lightning Labels
recognizes that existing customers (or other organizations who have
contact with us) may feel inclined to refer new customers to us. We
are obviously grateful for these referrals, and believe we should
share in the benefit derived from such referrals.
Accordingly, we
have a Customer Referral Program in place that works as follows:
1. Assume that Customer A refers a
new customer (Customer B) to us, and we ultimately end up
producing some labels for Customer B.
2. Assuming also that we know (in
advance) that the referral took place, we will notate that fact in
Customer Bs record and nominate Customer A as
the referrer.
3. Any orders that are invoiced
(and paid for) by Customer B for a period of 90 days from the date of
their first invoice become eligible for referral payments. Once 90
days have elapsed from Customer Bs first invoice date, no further
invoices are eligible for commissions under this plan.
4. The referrer (Customer A) will
receive an amount equivalent to 10% of all eligible invoices
(excluding shipping or other ancillary charges) that are issued
within the 90-day period.
5. Payments are calculated at
the end of each
calendar quarter and made by check within 30 days of the close of
the quarter.
Note this program only applies
when a new customer is referred to Lightning Labels (i.e. one
previously unknown to us), and we need to be informed of the
referral at the time it occurs so the proper notations can be made
and confusion avoided. Lightning Labels assumes no responsibility
for tracking referrals that are not communicated to us in a timely
manner.
The terms and conditions of this
referral program may be modified at any time by Lightning Labels
Inc.
