Lightning Loyalty Program: FAQs
How does the Lightning Loyalty program work?
For almost all Lightning Labels customers, you’re automatically enrolled. Based on your program tier, you will receive a preferred pricing reduction on all normal orders. Your current program tier is determined by your year-to-date spend, which is updated monthly. If you qualify for the next program tier at this time, you will be advanced automatically. Unlocked program tiers are kept for the following year. That means your tier cannot decrease within the current program year, it can only improve.

How do pricing reductions work with other promotions?
Member pricing reductions cannot be combined with other special promotions and exclude hot stamp and foil embossed labels. Orders placed through the website or with your account manager will apply the highest discount of those available.
How does this affect permanent discounts?
Customers previously part of the permanent discount program will continue to receive their existing discount through 2024, unless choosing to opt out. 2024 purchases will determine all pricing reductions in 2025. The permanent discount program will sunset at the end of 2024 in favor of Lightning Loyalty tiers.
How do I track my program status and current tier?
Your dedicated account manager will be in contact regarding any recent tier advancement, current status and progress towards the next tier. At any point, you may reach out to your account manager for status updates and other information.
